A beautiful Victorian guest house in the heart of Scarborough where your hosts Alan and Gill Marks look forward to extending a warm and pleasant welcome to all guests. We make every effort to ensure you will enjoy your holiday in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Come and relax in our cosy TV lounge, where you will find lots of good reading matter and all relevant local information.

Our Breakfast is a full traditional grill, or vegetarian, just as you wish. We are happy to cater for vegetarians and special diets.

All rooms are decorated to a high standard. A choice of well appointed and furnished rooms with en-suite facilities, central heating, TV and refreshment trays.

What to do .... We are ideally located for the town centre and the South Bay. There is something for all ages in Scarborough. Scarborough is full of spectacular scenery with cliffs and beautiful sandy beaches. Visit the Sea Life Centre, Peasholm Park, Cricket, Golf and Bowling Clubs together with a wide choice of restaurants.

The North Bay boasts many attractions such as the new Open Air Theatre (opened by the Queen) Castle, Peasholm Park with its Chinese Garden and many others, such as an invigorating walk round the Marine Drive that joins the two bays.	The South Bay with it newly refurbished Spa Complex and the majority of the town's amusement arcades, the Harbour and the Futurist Theatre among the many other attractions are the Esplanade with its Italian gardens.

How to Find Us ....
Follow the signs to the South Bay, Spa Complex. After the B&Q shopping complex, you will come to a set of traffic lights keep straight on. When you come to a set of traffic light in a dip in the road, turn right (Into Valley Road). Continue down Valley Road across the first mini roundabout and under a bridge. At the next mini roundabout turn left (still on Valley Road). Continue along, Grosvenor Road goes off to the right and the hotel is on the junction.
